Fitness Class Descriptions
You can sign up for whichever weekly fitness classes fit your routine and schedule. Our fitness studio offers yoga, cycling, aqua, stretch breaks, and a range of classes. Due to limited capacity, Aqua, yoga, barre, and spin classes require registration.
All classes are included with membership. There are no classes on statutory holidays.

Spin
It’s a great way to get cardiovascular training on our indoor bikes. Our energetic instructors and fun music will ensure you leave your spin class invigorated. Suitable for all fitness levels. More Spinning details are available here.

Aqua Classes
Our heated therapy pool is a fantastic location for our Aqua Classes. There are also free swim times. More pool details are available here.

There are options for all practice levels and schedules here at Wellness.
Stretch Classes
A warm-up or wind-down for your Wellness Routine
Follow along, with direction from an Exercise Specialist, who will guide you through a stretch routine to help you start or end your workout on the right foot. If you have any health issues that you need to work around, please let the Exercise Specialist know and they will provide alternatives for you to do during the class.

Get ready to hit the links with our new Core Links golf-specific Pilates reformer class! Instructor Cheryl invites you to join this 6-week program starting February 18th. This class is designed to strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize the muscles you need for a powerful golf swing, whether ...you're a seasoned pro or just getting ready for the season. No prior Pilates experience is required - Cheryl will guide you through a controlled workout tailored for golfers.
Classes run Tuesday mornings at 9:15 am.

🧘♀️ Body Blend with Lori: Saturdays at 8:00 AM, starting February 1st. This unique class fuses Pilates and Yoga for a balanced and invigorating workout.
