Our pool classes are now offered in deep and shallow water options to cater to your fitness preferences.The deep-water give you more resistance with less of your body above the water, maximizing the water’s resistance for a more challenging workout. The shallow-water option provides a comfortable depth for those newer to water exercise or who prefer less resistance.
Please specify your depth preference by registering for the class with the “deep” or “shallow” in the name.
