Mind-Body
QiGong
During the 6-week Qigong program, you will be led through gentle movements, breath work and meditation; you’ll cultivate energy, balance, and inner peace. Perfect for all levels. Explore the ancient art of Qigong and unlock its profound benefits for mind, body and spirit. *March dates are the second set of movements; you must have completed the January classes to move on to this session.

Tai Chi Easy
This Tai Chi program will help reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate pain, improve mood and sleep, and enhance balance and stamina.

Block Therapy
Block Therapy is a practice of fascia release that can replicate the results of deep tissue massage. It is a brilliantly designed method of self-care that may reduce tightness and pain. Over time, participants may experience gains in posture, flexibility, and core strength.

NEW intenSati
intenSati is a method of movement, mantra and meditation to awaken the mind, body and spirit, train us to observe our thoughts, and choose powerful, positive ones. This workout pairs cardio moves with high-emotion mantras that will leave you uplifted, connected, and strong! intensati takes you through a journey of breath work, cardio, strength exercises, spoken affirmations, and intention-setting to kick-start transformations, both inside and out.

Suspended in Sound
Experience the gentle fusion of an immersive sound bath and weightless relaxation in our Suspended in Sound class. During this sound bath experience, you’ll be suspended in our aerial hammocks and guided to relax and release stress and tension deeply. No experience is necessary; float through the evening, unwind and let the gentle resonance of the crystal singing bowls support your well-being in this unique aerial sound sanctuary.

Our walking club, led by an experienced Wellness Consultant, offers a fun and social environment to connect with others. Stay fit and meet new people—perfect for all fitness levels!

Latin Dancing for Adults – Beginner
Learn to dance with Otto. This beginner dance class is for people with little or no dance experience. Get ready to learn salsa and bachata techniques and timing. This class is a great way to be active and come together or as a single. Please wear smooth-soled shoes (no high heels).
