Our walking club, led by an experienced Wellness Consultant, offers a fun social environment to connect with others. Stay fit and meet new people—perfect for all fitness levels!

Interval Walking Health Challenge

Discover the benefits of interval walking. Get a daily dose of healthy motivation through email and commit to a walk a day. Everyone is welcome to join us for the kick-off and wrap-up interval walk led by an Exercise Specialist at our outdoor track.

Advanced Pickleball Workshop

Take your pickleball game to the next level. Seasoned players will sharpen their skills, focusing on cover shot selection, court positioning, and strategies for singles and doubles. You’ll learn how to read your opponents, control the pace of play, and master high-level shots like spins, lobs, and dinks. We will finish off with some friendly matches, putting your new skills into practice in a fun, competitive setting.
