As a Certified Medical Fitness facility, our classes are designed and led by qualified exercise professionals. Whether you’re joining a gym for the first time or want to access specialized fitness classes, our team ensures you have proper form while helping you get results.

Personal training

Take your workout to the next level through expert guidance. Our team of Certified Personal Trainers can help you meet your fitness goals safely and sustainably. Available to members and non-members.

Small Group Training

Get access to expert support and state-of-the-art equipment in a motivating atmosphere. In our small group training classes, you’ll receive guidance from certified exercise professionals while connecting with like-minded individuals. Available to members and non-members.

Fitness Classes

With over 80 weekly fitness classes, we offer something for every member. Start your day off strong at a TRX class, test the waters at aqua fitness, or unwind after work in our yoga studio. Our group exercise classes are offered at different levels and timeslots to adapt to busy schedules.

Pilates

Pilates is a unique and effective way to strengthen your core and boost flexibility. We’ve invested in first-rate Pilates reformer equipment and certified Stott Pilates instructors to complement our fitness programming.

In addition to our studio classes, we offer specialized, private fitness classes such as anti-gravity training to members and non-members. Click the link below to view our rates and book your group.

Older Adult-Friendly Programming

The Wellness Institute is committed to helping older adults stay physically and mentally healthy. Many adult fitness class options and specific services are available to meet the diverse needs of the older adult community.

Active Children & Youth

The Wellness Institute offers programs to help get kids moving and start a lifelong love of active living. Non-member families are welcome.
