Fitness Class Descriptions
You can sign up for whichever weekly fitness classes fit your routine and schedule. Our fitness studio offers yoga, cycling, aqua, stretch breaks, and a range of classes. Due to limited capacity, Aqua, yoga, barre, and spin classes require registration.
All classes are included with membership. There are no classes on statutory holidays.

Spin
It’s a great way to get cardiovascular training on our indoor bikes. Our energetic instructors and fun music will ensure you leave your spin class invigorated.

Aqua Classes
Our heated therapy pool is a fantastic location for our Aqua Classes. There are also free swim times.

There are options for all practice levels and schedules here at Wellness.
Stretch Classes
A warm-up or wind-down for your Wellness Routine
Follow along, with direction from an Exercise Specialist, who will guide you through a stretch routine to help you start or end your workout on the right foot. If you have any health issues that you need to work around, please let the Exercise Specialist know and they will provide alternatives for you to do during the class.
Antigravity Fundamentals & Private Sessions
Perfect for team building, birthday celebrations, or simply a unique experience with friends, our private classes offer personalized instruction and a tailored workout for everyone based on our AntiGravity Fundamentals 1 Class. Whether you’re new to exercise or seeking a challenging group activity, AntiGravity’s supportive hammocks create a fun and accessible environment for all fitness levels. Bond, laugh, and defy gravity together – no membership required!

Recovery is just as essential as the workout itself. Our new Serenity Strength class, led by instructor Cheryl, is a unique blend of yoga and Pilates specifically designed to restore your body’s architecture after intense activity.
By utilizing a mini stability ball, this class ...facilitates gentle compression through the tissue to encourage fascial release and improved mobility. Whether you are looking to de-stress, support spinal health, or open tight hips and shoulders, this 60-minute “tune-up” provides the functional strength and balance needed for long-term wellness.

When: Wednesday nights at 6:45 p.m.
Suitability: Open to all levels.
Cost: Included with Wellness Institute membership; $20 drop-in fee for non-members.
