Fitness Class Descriptions
You can sign up for whichever weekly fitness classes fit your routine and schedule. Our fitness studio offers yoga, cycling, aqua, stretch breaks, and a range of classes. Due to limited capacity, Aqua, yoga, barre, and spin classes require registration.
All classes are included with membership. There are no classes on statutory holidays.

Spin
It’s a great way to get cardiovascular training on our indoor bikes. Our energetic instructors and fun music will ensure you leave your spin class invigorated.

Aqua Classes
Our heated therapy pool is a fantastic location for our Aqua Classes. There are also free swim times.

There are options for all practice levels and schedules here at Wellness.
Stretch Classes
A warm-up or wind-down for your Wellness Routine
Follow along, with direction from an Exercise Specialist, who will guide you through a stretch routine to help you start or end your workout on the right foot. If you have any health issues that you need to work around, please let the Exercise Specialist know and they will provide alternatives for you to do during the class.
Antigravity Fundamentals & Private Sessions
Perfect for team building, birthday celebrations, or simply a unique experience with friends, our private classes offer personalized instruction and a tailored workout for everyone based on our AntiGravity Fundamentals 1 Class. Whether you’re new to exercise or seeking a challenging group activity, AntiGravity’s supportive hammocks create a fun and accessible environment for all fitness levels. Bond, laugh, and defy gravity together – no membership required!

Get ready to bounce! Join us in welcoming our newest instructor, Megan, as she introduces her new Bounce class.
Come try it out for free at the intro class on Saturday, October 4, from 9-10 a.m. This special class is complimentary for members.
After the intro, you can join the ...full four-week session starting the following week on Saturday, October 11. The session runs until November 1, with classes every Saturday from 9-10 a.m.
The four-week session is $60 for members and $85 for non-members.
