The Wellness Institute offers programs to help get kids moving and start a lifelong love of active living. Non-member families are welcome.

Winter Registration Opens on December 4, 2024 at 7:00 a.m.

All kids’ fitness programs require registration. You’ll need to log in to our online services. If you’re not a Wellness Institute member, you must create a guest account for your child. 

Active Kids Pool Fun

Wee Swim (6 months – 2. 5 years)

This 8-week parent-and-child program allows our little ones to explore and play with others. Enjoy swimming in our warm-water pool, with a focus on movement, fun, and gaining comfort in the water.

All classes are $120.

Gym & Swim (2-3 years and 4-5 years)

This 8-week semi-structured program is an hour of fun for you and your child, starting with gym activities and finishing with swimming in our warm water pool.

Classes are $144

Fridays:  Jan. 17 – Mar. 28 (no class on Feb. 22);
5:30-6:30 p.m. for 2-3-year-olds

New for Teens and Tweens

This Girl Can | (12-16 years)

Designed to empower tweens and teen girls to move their bodies in a safe and non-threatening environment while connecting with their peers. Participants will learn proper form and technique to unlock their greatest potential and physical fitness. Each class will focus on resistance, cardiovascular conditioning, core, mobility, and flexibility training.

Sports of All Sorts

5 – 8 Years

A fun and engaging physical activity program introduces young participants to various sports, including soccer, basketball, floor hockey, pickleball, etc.  Through age-appropriate drills, games and activities, kids will develop basic skills and foster a love for physical fitness in a supportive and energetic environment.

Saturdays 9:00 – 10:00 am
Feb. 1 – Mar. 15 (no class on Feb. 22)
