Wellness Institute Cancellation Policies
A member must request a cancellation in person at the front desk, by phone at 204-632-3900, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org a minimum of three days prior to the end of the month. Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to closing a membership account. Members who cancel and later rejoin must pay the enrollment fee. Ask about our status freeze and medical hold options as an alternative to cancelling if you will be unable to attend for one to six months in the calendar year.
All program refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee and refunds will only be issued up to one week prior to the commencement of a program.
All pre-paid service packages (such as Personal and Group Training Sessions) are valid for one year from the purchase date and are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Missed classes and appointments will be considered a session and redeemed from the package.
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so that others can make use of the appointment. You may cancel massage therapy and assessment bookings by phone at 204-632-3900, or by email at email@example.com. To contact our clinic about cancellations, call 204-632-3910 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If cancelling by email, please provide your name and the time and type of your appointment. Repeated no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, will be subject to a $25 administration fee.
Weekly Member Fitness Classes
Should you be unable to attend a weekly class that you have signed up for, please un-enroll a minimum of three hours prior to the start time of the class. Contact our front desk at 204-632-3900 to cancel by phone or cancel by selecting the class under My Upcoming Classes in your Online Services main dashboard. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible so that others can make use of the class spot.
Repeated no-shows will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
