Dance

Preschool Dance

Introduces basic dance steps through songs and games while encouraging listening and following directions. Children will develop confidence in dancing with their instructor and classmates.

Intro to Dance 1

Intro to Dance begins with fundamental movements based on Ballet/Jazz/Hip-Hop techniques while working on rhythm and coordination in an interactive environment.

Zumbini

A beautiful early childhood education program for children and their caregivers. Brought to you by the makers of Zumba and Babyfirst for kids 0 – 5 years, the program combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of can't stop, won't stop learning and fun. Each family will receive sanitized instrument packs to use in each class.

Itsy Bitsy Movers

The building blocks for the development of basic movements. A fun introduction to movement through music and games for toddlers who are walking – 2 ½ years. This program supports children for lifelong physical activity.

Mighty Movers

Give your child the confidence and skills to enhance their motor abilities with jumping, hopping, climbing, throwing, running, balancing and dancing. These are essential foundational movements, supporting your child to be active and physically literate.

Family Gym Time

A semi-structured experience for you and your child. Focused on making fitness and family time fun. Children will engage in games and movement with their parent/guardian.

Yoga Buds & Company - NEW

Infants are natural yogis, naturally moving through many primary yoga poses in their developmental process from birth through creeping, crawling, sitting, standing and walking. You’ll learn baby exercises, and yoga poses to strengthen growing muscles, aid digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help infants towards their next stage of development - sitting, crawling, standing and walking. We will sing songs and explore how to add baby yoga to your daily routines. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring along a toy &  blanket. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Join us for yoga storytime told through movement. Children and their grown-ups will head on an adventure that integrates breath work, stretching, yoga poses, and sensory games, ending with a relaxation or mindfulness activity. This program builds creativity, self-esteem, focus, concentration, and body awareness and nourishes the connection between parent & child.

Balanced Body Workout - NEW

Designed to empower tweens and teen girls to move their bodies in a safe and non-threatening environment while connecting with their peers.  They'll learn proper form and technique to unlock their greatest potential and physical fitness.  Each class will focus on resistance, cardiovascular conditioning, core, mobility and flexibility training.

Family Fit Factory - NEW

Exercise and movement the whole family can enjoy. Working out with your children or teens is a fun way to get fit alongside your kiddos while acting as a role model for good health and healthy habits. Experience effective and fun circuits focusing on resistance, cardiovascular conditioning, core, mobility and flexibility.
