Topics include – Challenges of Caregiving, Managing Self-care, Using Positive Self Talk, Solution Seeking and Action Plans
Programs run 1.5 hours a week for 6 weeks and are currently being offered on a secure Zoom platform. It is completely free and is open to anyone who is currently caring for another person.
In person programs:

Virtual (Zoom) programs:
- September 16 – October 21, 2020 10:00am-11:30am
- November 10 – December 15, 2020 10:00am-11:30am
