Pilates is a highly adaptable exercise that helps condition your core, strengthen your abs and improve flexibility. Pilates may use a specially designed piece of equipment known as a reformer, mat exercises or a combination of both to support or intensify your workout.
In addition to being a great workout, Pilates can also help to relieve back pain and rehabilitate injuries. The postures you learn will support you in athletic activities as much as in everyday activities like transferring loads at work, carrying groceries or lifting small children. Our personal Pilates trainers can create a plan that goes from gentle and supportive for beginners to intense and rigorous for people wanting a challenging workout.

Free Introduction to Pilates class
30min introduction class gives participants a preview of what to expect in a Reformer class. The Reformer Orientation reviews the Five Basic Principles of the STOTT PILATES method and introduces the most popular piece of STOTT PILATES equipment, the Reformer. Participants will try a selection of exercises from the Reformer repertoire, learn about the Reformer, its benefits, how to set it up and how it's used in a class format. Registration is required online or in person. Class capacity 5.

This program is for you if you suffer from chronic muscle tightness, strain or pain. The class is done lying on the block, on the floor. Blocks provided, please bring a yoga mat, any additional foam yoga blocks you may own and water.
