Virtual Appointments are Available and Sessions May Be Purchased By Phone
Making a lifestyle change requires support, and that’s where our team of experts comes in. Degreed and certified, our personal trainers work with members to develop individualized programs.
Start a fitness plan tailored to your abilities and goals, work one-on-one with a trainer, or build off the energy of others in group training. One-on-one sessions can be adapted for athletic training or the special needs of those with health problems, injury or who are pregnant.
Personal training is available to members and non-members. A trainer will be selected for you based on your schedule, goals, and preference and will contact you to arrange your first session after you fill out and submit your form.
