The Wellness Institute offers programs to help get kids moving and start a lifelong love of active living. Non-member families are welcome.

Winter Registration is OPEN.

All kids’ fitness programs require registration. You’ll need to log in to our online services. If you’re not a Wellness Institute member, you must create a guest account for your child. 

Parking is not included in program registration. Find out more about parking options.

NEW Kiwi Kids Cooking Class  (7 – 12 years)

Join our safe and fun kids’ cooking class where young chefs learn to make exciting recipes while building confidence in the kitchen! With hands-on activities, age-appropriate tools, and plenty of fun, kids explore cooking basics, kitchen safety, and creativity—all in a supportive, mess-friendly environment!

Active Kids Pool Fun

Wee Swim (6 months – 2. 5 years)

This parent-and-child program allows our little ones to explore and play with others. Enjoy swimming in our warm-water pool, with a focus on movement, fun, and gaining comfort in the water.
