App Support
Enhancing Your Online Experience in Early October
The Wellness Institute is currently working with our app developer, Technogym, to deploy a major upgrade to our app and enhance our Wellness Online Services. These updates are focused on creating a seamless, unified experience that will make accessing Wellness programming and information online significantly easier.
These powerful new features and the full integration will be rolling out in Early October.
Key Benefits of the Upcoming Upgrade
Seamless Access: You must only enter your credentials once, and the app will securely remember them.
No Repeated Logins: You do not need to log in with a separate username and password every time you want to check Wellness Online Services.
Integrated Functions: A smoother experience for essential tasks, including:
– Reserving class times and slots.
– Booking court times or other facility spaces.
– Checking out our upcoming programs and program registration.

What are MOVEs or Move Points?
MOVEs are the app’s unit of movement measurement. The more you move, the more you collect. For example, running for 10 minutes at low intensity accumulates about 200 MOVEs. The faster and longer you run, cycle, row, or whatever your favourite exercise is, the more MOVEs you’ll earn. They help you visualize your workout intensity in the Results section.
