A strength training
Expansion

built to support stronger, healthier lives for generations to come

Growing With You

Strength training is essential to lifelong health. With support from the Seven Oaks General Hospital Foundation, we're expanding our space so you can continue to move better, feel better and live well.

Our Approach

For 30 years, we’ve evolved alongside our members, our community and emerging health evidence. During this time, research has continued to strengthen our understanding of the important role strength training plays in lifelong health, from performance and recovery to mobility, healthy aging and managing health conditions. As part of the Seven Oaks Health Campus, we’re evolving our space to reflect what we know today and better support what our community needs next.

How We’re Different

As a medical fitness facility within the
Seven Oaks Health Campus, we bring health, wellness and medical fitness expertise together. Our Exercise Specialists help people train safely and effectively across a wide range of abilities, goals and health needs.

How We’re Changing

Research has increasingly shown the importance of strength training to lifelong health, but our current space limits what we can deliver. The expansion responds to that evidence with more room, equipment and flexibility to support evolving member and community needs.
