Interval Walking Challenge
September 15-22
Join the free one-week community health challenge to discover the benefits of interval walking.
Commit to a daily walking routine (with rest days), that incorporates intervals of higher and lower intensity walking at your own pace. Get a daily dose of healthy motivation through emails focused on tips, stretches and the health benefits associated with interval walking.
Our Exercise Specialists will lead a kick-off and wrap-up group walk at our outdoor track at 1075 Leila Avenue. Dress for the weather! By attending, you agree to the activity waiver.
