Is there a cost to using Wellness Fit?
I am a member but I haven’t received an invitation email, how can I begin using Wellness Fit?
I have a condition that requires me to have a unique workout routine, can I adapt a workout for me?
Who Can See The Details On My Profile?
Please note that when you first start using Wellness Fit the standard settings are that everything is visible for everyone. Your weight however is never displayed publicly and is only required to set up your nutrition plan and body metrics.
Will my fitness tracker work with this app?

I can't see the option to connect my FitBit where do I do that?
Do I have to use the Food Tracking tools to benefit from Wellness Fit?
Can I create print outs of my workout plan?
To print a plan, just go to the workout app and choose the plan you want to print out. Click on “edit” and choose print on the bottom left of your screen. Here you will be able to choose a compact or extensive version, whichever you prefer.
You are also able to print every day on a different page, to print the exercise instructions or maybe print your plan in large letters.
If you want to print out a specific day, add the plan to the client’s activity calendar, go in the calendar and choose the day. Choose the option “print” in the top right of your screen.
Can Wellness Fit be used just to log exercises as I do them?
How do I create my own training plan?
On the app: Go to “Workouts” select “custom” and hit “Create New Workout”. Add a name, description and other fields. Find and include exercises by hitting the “Add activity” button.
In a browser: Go to “workouts” and choose “Workout Editor”. Here you can create your own plan. After you’ve saved the plan, you can find it in the training plans and add it to your own activity calendar to start training.
