Partner with us to teach your employees what they can do to reduce their risk of repetitive strain injury. Studies have shown that employees who take “micro breaks” every 15 minutes for 15 seconds reduce their risk of repetitive strain injury. Additionally, employees with good core strength and balance experience less back pain.
We can provide interactive 1-3 hour workshops with practical applications that employees can utilize immediately to reduce their daily aches and pains. We can also introduce a “Pre-shift Stretch Program” — a 5-10 minute routine of active exercise performed at the beginning of the workday to improve core strength, balance, flexibility and movement patterns that promote safe body mechanics.
