Do It Yourself Workouts Beyond the Class Format

Whether you prefer to set your own routine or want to round out your classes with other activities, you can continue to track your activities in the app.

Choose a featured workout program for an exercise plan focused on a goal, fitness level or available equipment. Work at your own pace at Wellness or at home. Video demonstrations show the form and movement behind individual exercises to help you train safely and effectively. 

You can also train without a program. Track your own workouts by adding cardio, strength or stretching exercises or add results from your own active lifestyle. Add your badminton match, run, bike ride, or a range of other sports and activities. Connect popular fitness tracking devices to make tracking your activity easier.
