Freeze

Freezing your membership allows you to ‘pause’ your membership for a period of time for a nominal fee, saving you from cancelling and rejoining with the enrollment fee again.

NOTE: To activate a freeze, requests must be submitted at least three days before the end of the month.

Freeze Details:

• A non-refundable processing fee of $12.00 plus GST (subject to change) will be charged each month while on a freeze in lieu of the full membership dues. Kit Locker monthly fees will continue to be withdrawn during the freeze period if applicable.
• The freeze period will start on the 1st of the month, and only full-month freezes will be approved. If you choose to return before the date you initially requested, a pro-rated fee for the month you return will be due.
• During the freeze, members are not permitted to gain access to member parking or use locations in the building reserved for members.
• Regular pre-authorized continuous monthly payments will resume at the end of the freeze.
