Q. Do I need to have an assessment before my first appointment?
Your initial assessment appointment includes both an assessment, plus an initial treatment. It's important to do an assessment to understand your mobility, pain, and any issues affecting your recovery so our professionals can develop an effective and safe care plan, but you will not have to wait for a second appointment to start treatment.
Q. Do I have to pay for parking when visiting the clinic?

Q. Do I need a referral to visit the clinic?
No. Personal appointments at the clinic do not require a referral and are open to all adults in the community.
Check with your private insurance provider to see if a referral is required for your coverage. Select programs, including Cardiac Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, do start with a referral from your healthcare provider to ensure they are appropriate for your condition and stage of recovery.
Q. Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. Virtual appointments are available for mental health, nutrition, weight loss, and physiotherapy. Details on how to connect will be provided when you book.
