Unwind from your day with this gentle, slow, and restorative Hatha Yoga class. Primarily practiced close to the floor and/or at a wall, this class is for everyone who wants to experience the art of stillness, guided breathing exercises for more profound relaxation, and a deep connection to body and mind. The class is beginner-friendly but requires the ability to practice on hands and knees, seated on the floor, and the back for a more extended time.
