Anti-Gravity at Wellness

Aerial yoga, also sometimes called anti-gravity yoga or flying yoga, is a unique exercise routine that combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a special hammock called an AntiGravity hammock. These hammocks are strong and designed to support a lot of weight, allowing you to perform yoga postures while suspended in the air. This can take the pressure off your joints and back, deepening stretches and increasing the challenge of balancing poses. Aerial yoga can improve your flexibility, strength, coordination, and even spine decompression.
