Our ability to do that affects not only helps you get through difficult times, it can help you grow and improve your life. Anyone can build resilience by learning which behaviours, thoughts and actions to focus on, challenge or change.

What it is:  

It is 7-days to challenge your thinking and habits to build greater resilience. Over the 7 days we’ll share ideas that you can apply to your life. Keep an open mind to trying new ways of doing or looking at things.
