Pilates is a highly adaptable exercise that helps condition your core, strengthen your abs and improve flexibility. Pilates may use a specially designed piece of equipment known as a reformer, mat exercises or a combination of both to support or intensify your workout.
In addition to being a great workout, Pilates can also help to relieve back pain and rehabilitate injuries. The postures you learn will support you in athletic activities as much as in everyday activities like transferring loads at work, carrying groceries or lifting small children. Our personal Pilates trainers can create a plan that goes from gentle and supportive for beginners to intense and rigorous for people wanting a challenging workout.

Gentle Fascial Therapy
If you suffer from shoulder, back, knee or other joint pain and sore or tight muscles, then Gentle Fascial Therapy may be your solution. Our fascial system is a vast network of connective tissue surrounding our muscles, nerves, bones, joints and organs. Gentle Fascial Therapy involves using soft inflated balls, foam rollers with postural work and stretches to improve joint capsule function and achieve optimal strength, flexibility, pain relief and overall performance. Exercises and stretches will be performed on the floor/mat and standing with wall assistance.

Combining physical activity, socialization and mental stimulation for people with early-mid stage Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias to enjoy with a family member or community care partner. A great environment to establish new friendships with others living similar experiences. Register yourself and bring a support person (included).
